Meeting Hours

Unless otherwise decided by the chair of the respective committee, meetings will run from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:30.

Please note that management meetings (SMB, CAB, IB, General Assembly and MSB) will begin at 08:30.

Room allocations for all meetings will be communicated in advance and displayed at the venue.

Lunch and Refreshments

Throughout the day, water, filter coffee and tea will be provided at various refreshment stations around the venue.

Lunch can be purchased at the main conference location (CCH) between 12:00 and 14:00. Please note that lunch costs are not covered, unless stipulated on the meeting agenda. Additional light refreshments and snacks will be available for purchase during the scheduled breaks at approximately 10:30 and 15:30.
