We are what we do.

We help companies and organisations use communication to drive their processes forward successfully and achieve their goals. With internal communication, business communication and corporate communication. Media-based. Live. Face-to-face. On an equal footing.

We ask, understand and advise. We conceive and develop. We design and implement. We master methods, techniques and technology. We listen to our clients. And we enjoy working with clients who listen to us. We know that relationship, process and result form an inseparable unity. And this informs the way we act.

We complement companies and organisations in areas where they need us. We become – in time and in the right place – a part of them. We are passionate. We take our work seriously. And we love to succeed.

That is who we are. 3c Creative Communication Concepts.

Our Team:

Julian Franke-Ruthel

Managing Director, CEO

Entrepreneur, self-starter, communicator. His skilled technical training taught him the value of a well-planned, high quality, consistent approach to any project. After a number of years travelling and working on various event and trade fair projects, and a period of study in the USA, he completed a degree in Architecture and Design. This was followed by many years leading and managing national and international event and media projects. The increasing restrictions put on his media, communication and event skills motivated him to found 3c in 1999 as an integrated communications agency. As a passionate sailor, he has been able to steer the agency on a steady course.

Matthias Gindhart

Managing Director, Creative Direction

Just do it – but keep it simple. His first practical work experience was in the form of a joinery apprenticeship. The passion he acquired for material and form led him to take his next step: a course in Interior Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, which included tuition from Prof. Eberhard Stauß. He then worked for many years in the design studio “Büro für Gestaltung” before setting up on his own. He joined 3c as a partner in 2014. He now leads project teams and is responsible for the creative processes at 3c, from conception through to implementation. He is a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Architects.

Barbara Aeckerle

Accounts & Human Resources

There's nothing she doesn't know about personnel. Having trained in the hotel business, she spent many years working in hospitality as a waitress, restaurant manager and proprietor. Every year, for two weeks, she thoroughly enjoys serving at Munich's Oktoberfest, providing the human link between the revellers and their beer. At the same time, she showed an exceptional talent for figures. She therefore retrained as a tax adviser, and went on to become a certified payroll administrator. A passionate numbers sleuth, she joined 3c in 2006 and now liaises between the agency and the tax authorities.

Andreas Chulia

Conception & Directing

Two strands run through his life: music and communication. One is a passion, the other a profession. Both live and media-based. He studied the latter at Stuttgart's Media University, graduating with a degree in Audiovisual Media. He went on to expand his range with the aspect of live experience. For many years he worked as an author, director and visual effects designer in the world of corporate media. He has been at 3c since 2009. Working at both conceptional and managerial level, he plays an active role on-site as project lead for multimedia and film as well as in the field of film and event directing.

Karina Glowacka

Project Manager

As the daughter of two discotheque owners, she was born with event management in her blood. This explains her meteoric rise from trainee bartender to manager of Munich's legendary Olydisco. To counterbalance this, she completed an MA in Slavic Studies, Bavarian Church History and European Law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, while also working in the library of the city's Technical University. This consolidated her in both theory and structure, taking her “back to the roots”. She then trained as an events manager at the BAW, which led to a job in a communications agency. For many years she has worked as a volunteer at the Munich Aids relief association. Since 2017 she has been working as a project manager for 3c.

Judith Jacobs

Spatial Planning & Design

A lifelong passion for beauty: especially for design, fashion and architecture. She therefore studied at the Munich Academy of Fashion and Design. graduating with a BA in Space, Concept and Design. She began working in exhibition construction and set up her own furniture design studio. Since 2014 she has been responsible for spatial planning and design at 3c.

Barbara Jahn

Directing, Media Project Management

Her skilled knowledge of the agency business was based on her vocational training in advertising. A course of study at Munich Academy of Photography gave her a creative superstructure. Many years as a freelance photography followed, with an increasing affinity for the moving image. She moved into the film industry, as a director's assistant (including work for Bully Herbig), a TV producer and an industrial film director. She joined 3c in 2014 and is responsible for the conception and implementation of media productions.

Dominik Kaubisch

Controlling & Finance

As a person who loves numbers, he is in just the right job. His route began with a BA (Hons.) degree from Cambridge in International Management. The course included a year in China. This was followed by a period of freelance work as the supplier of a successful online computer game alongside management consultancy projects. Since 2011 he has worked for 3c, managing with skill and devotion all the relevant figures and the processes behind them.

Alexander Pfeiffer

An eye for the right image, a knack for technology. He studied Media Technology with a focus on media design at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. As video editor at 3c since 2015 he is responsible for the post-production of all moving image media productions.

Andrea Plötz

Project Manager

A media expert through and through, she has worked in the pioneering phase of private radio as a presenter in Nuremberg and Lake Garda. She later became a TV and stage moderator, speaker and film-maker. She spent five years overseas in Australia, Argentina, Ecuador and the USA, as a radio correspondent and filmmaker. At the same time, she worked on scientific dolphin research projects. From journalism to the human condition: she trained as a Systemic Business Coach. Since 2016 she has been working at 3c in the areas of project management, team development, media production and moderator training.

Laura Tauber

Spatial Planning & Design

Laura studied Interior Design at Coburg University of Applied Sciences and Arts, majoring in exhibition construction. This was underpinned by work experiences, including working for an architectural practice in Straubing and with Schmidhuber in Munich. She has been at 3c since 2015 with responsibility for a wide range of planning and design tasks.

What was. What is.

Media production and live communication are our roots – and still today form the core stability of 3c. Founded in 1999 as an Agency for Corporate Communication by Julian Franke-Ruthel and Christopher Franke together with media entrepreneur Uwe Bendixen. Steady growth ever since with clients that include IDG Verlag, Wacker Chemie AG, Siemens, MunichRE, DGUV, VDE/DKE.

A multitude of  film, multi-media and online productions and corporate events at home and abroad consolidated the reputation of 3c as a reliable conceptional, creative and operative agency. The agency was thus empowered to take on increasingly complex assignments, in particular in the area of corporate architecture and design. The interior designer Matthias Gindhart became a regular project manager. Eventually his Visual Communication agency, “CONVOI corporate” merged with 3c in 2014 and he joined the management team of the joint company.

Major international projects such as the XX World Occupational Safety and Health Congress 2014 and the 80th IEC General Meeting 2016 gave significant impetus for the further development of 3c. They helped the agency to develop its range of services extensively. With the continued intertwining of services, the demand for integrated 360°communication increases.

At the beginning of 2017, after eighteen successful years, Christopher Franke moved off in a new professional direction. The 3c team consisting of generalists and specialists from a wide range of disciplines, continues to rise to diverse new challenges, ensuring communication will always continue to become an experience in the future.

3c in a state of change. And yet always 3c.
