This ensures that the collaboration is debated (discussed) and handled effectively.

Project matrix

Methodical consulting as practical methodology: The project matrix for event conception and planning is the target-oriented tool used by 3c to create a reliable and inspiring cooperation with the client. As the organisational foundation of the project, this visual matrix displays all the specific functions needed to stage an event alongside all the elements that participants will experience at the event. Roles and responsibilities are allocated to specific members of staff and can be processed in a transparent and systematic way.

Toolbox

The toolbox – a key instrument for initiating interactive, experiential communication. 3c has developed a web-based guide for moderators and presenters to enable clients to design their own events. It is aimed at the various key players behind the event and provides them with specific aids and methods for planning their event. The methodical spectrum ranges from tips on designing PowerPoint slideshows through to alternative room configurations.
