Sharing and multiplying skills.
Successful communication cannot be bought “turnkey” – it has to be lived. We support our clients on this journey, both in the context of specific projects and at a more general level. Not only do we look at the tools, methods and structure involved, but also, and above all, at far more important factors such as culture, attitude and strategic goals.
With clearly defined tasks involving internal and external business communication, we provide our clients with classic consulting services in our role as a pragmatic and solution-oriented problem solver. However, the challenges are often complex and difficult to comprehend. In such cases, we act as trusted advisers over prolonged periods of time, helping managers clarify situations, develop new ideas and forge new paths.
The first step is all about clarification: Objective, direction, route, stages. Reaching a mutual understanding of the task in hand is no trivial matter. For this reason 3c has developed its unique method of “Creative Dialogue”. It helps us take a broader look at the issues and tasks involved while at the same time speeding up the decision-making process. An interdisciplinary team of client representatives and 3c experts develop the basic principles of the project through a series of clearly defined steps. This ensures that the collaboration is debated (discussed) and handled effectively.
Methodical consulting as practical methodology: The project matrix for event conception and planning is the target-oriented tool used by 3c to create a reliable and inspiring cooperation with the client. As the organisational foundation of the project, this visual matrix displays all the specific functions needed to stage an event alongside all the elements that participants will experience at the event. Roles and responsibilities are allocated to specific members of staff and can be processed in a transparent and systematic way.
The toolbox – a key instrument for initiating interactive, experiential communication. 3c has developed a web-based guide for moderators and presenters to enable clients to design their own events. It is aimed at the various key players behind the event and provides them with specific aids and methods for planning their event. The methodical spectrum ranges from tips on designing PowerPoint slideshows through to alternative room configurations.
Media and stage training
A commanding appearance in front of an audience is a key factor in successful live communication. Confidence in front of the camera makes media communication professional and convincing. The experienced experts at 3c support client representatives of all hierarchy levels through individual coaching and training in order to optimise their effectiveness in this area.
